After years of working behind a desk and constantly watching the clock, I realized it was time for a change. I craved a career that would allow me to express myself creatively, and with my lifelong interest in all things hair, cosmetology was a natural choice. Growing up surrounded by a family of cosmetologists—my grandmother, mom, and two aunts—I spent much of my childhood in and around hair salons. This early exposure inspired me to pursue my passion and attend beauty school.
I was introduced to Maven & Co. Collective when Jen came to my beauty school and taught an afterschool class. Her structured and supportive associate program immediately caught my attention. The salon’s warm, welcoming, and magical atmosphere made it the perfect place for me to grow as a stylist and thrive in my career.
Healthy hair is my top priority. I believe that beautiful styles begin with a strong, nourished foundation, and I’m passionate about helping my clients maintain the health of their hair through education and personalized care.
Outside of work, I’m an avid crafter. Whether it’s knitting, crocheting, making jewelry and trinkets, or exploring paper crafts and scrapbooking, I enjoy creating something unique with my hands. I also love watching Korean variety shows and indulging in some window shopping to unwind.
